Live classes are coming...

Bit fed up of exercising solo? Need someone to interact with to keep you motivated? Want sessions tailored to your condition, but with no risk of cross-infection?

How about just having a bit of fun and being made to feel good?

We’ve got you covered!

We’re launching live classes for cystic fibrosis in the next few weeks.

Live classes.

Live. As in, real-time. Interactive. Feels like the instructor is there in your living room. But not in a creepy way.

Live classes allow you to experience the feel-good energy of an exercise class wherever you are. Live.

Just like our on-demand sessions, live classes are run by physiotherapists who are specially-trained and qualified instructors who share your medical condition. Live.

We want you to know that our instructors understand you and that they’ve got your back, every minute of every class. And now, they can tell you that in real-time. Because they’ll be live on your screens.

Did we mention that they’re live?

What’s the benefit?

  • You’ll get live encouragement during the session
  • You can connect with your instructor and class-mates pre- and post-session for a chat
  • You can get modifications specific to your needs that day
  • By joining your instructor’s ‘group’, you can also keep motivated outside of scheduled classes, and put in requests for future sessions
  • You can feel supported every step of the way by people who just get you. Nothing beats that feeling of togetherness
  • Need a rest day? Treat it like a spectator sport and soak up the feel-good from your sofa. (But we guarantee you’ll feel more good if you join in)

Who do you want in your living room? Do you want to be in someone’s living room?

There’s still a bit of boring tech work to do to get the experience up to scratch for you. But we’ll be sure to holla when you can start booking on.

In the meantime, we’re building our team of super instructors.

If there’s someone you’d love to have in your living room, hospital room, hotel room (wherever!) guiding you through some exercise, tell them to get in touch. Forward them this email. Send them a tweet. Nudge them on Facebook. Whatever you gotta do.

Or maybe you’re one of those people reading this right now? Hi! Want to get people moving more? Being happier?

Who are we looking for, exactly? Think it could be you?

We’re looking for instructors. Ones who can lead fun exercise sessions for people with cystic fibrosis. It could be a specialist physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, or a specialist trainer.

We want instructors from all over the globe, and we’re looking for English-speaking instructors for starters.

Most importantly, you’ve gotta love what you do. You’ve gotta love making people feel good and showing how much enjoyment can come from physical activity.

We’d ideally like our instructors to...

  • Start by teaching one class a week, a minimum of 30 minutes in length
  • Chat with your class attendees before and after the main session
  • Input to a group on Pactster, where you can chat with your class attendees
  • Communicate your classes through your networks, including social media

In return, we’ve got your back by:

  • Financially compensating you for hosting the class, plus giving you a cheeky bonus based on the number of attendees to your sessions (so rally your pals!)
  • Helping you get familiar with the tech needed to run your session
  • Supporting with technical issues you may have (even if sometimes this is just that age-old ‘off and on again’ reminder)
  • Encouraging people to join your classes
  • Bigging you up to anyone that will listen
  • Being nice to chat with

If any of this sounds exciting to you, get in touch with us!
