Growing up in Australia, Nikki enjoyed an incredibly active lifestyle. She was first introduced to Pilates in her teens through dance and was amazed at how quickly her strength and body awareness improved.
Since moving to the UK in 2010, Nikki’s strong belief in both the physical and psychological benefits of Pilates led her to train and qualify as a teacher with Body Control Pilates, becoming a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and the Register for Exercise Professionals (Level 3).
Nikki’s classes are flowing and dynamic and incorporate both her energy and love for Pilates. Nikki strongly believes that health and fitness are directly linked to happiness. She is passionate about the benefits of Pilates and the perfect balance of toning and core strength that Pilates provides as a prevention to back pain, rehabilitation from injury, an accompaniment to any cardio regime.
Nikki currently teaches Pilates privately and in studios in around the south west of london and through Surrey.
