Yoga is all about listening to your body and doing what feels right on any given day. It has the potential to help you to manage both the physical and emotional aspects of living with CF, and can be adapted to suit anyone regardless of how much your CF limits your functioning.
Our yoga instructors are Katie Malik and Pamela Scarborough. Katie has CF and shares a progressive practice which has benefitted her personally, and Pamela is a CF physio and yoga instructor and teaches an educational and adapted practice suitable for people with advanced disease and designed to enhance posture and breath awareness, and help with chest clearance.
