Being a teen is tough. Even tougher when you feel like you have people watching, monitoring your health and giving nagging reminders.

So take matters into your own hands like our instructors did in their teens. It's a perfect time in your life to explore lots of activity options and find something that you actually enjoy.

Our instructors Sophie, Aaron, Katie and Natalie all have CF and filmed with us because they wanted to share with you what works for them.
