Bundle Overview

This video bundle has been created specifically for people with more advanced disease.

So if you're feeling more limited by breathlessness, your exercise levels are down as a result of regular courses of IV and your body is feeling stiff due to lack of mobility or increased work of breathing then these videos are for you.

We want to help you get some strength, movement, fitness and confidence back so you can be as strong as possible to enjoy all the things you want to do day-to-day. Plus, should you be listed for transplant and receive that call, we want to make sure you're ready for it!
