If you've been poorly and struggling to get out of bed lately, or just been spending too much time sitting down, this seated yoga class will help to ease pain and joint stiffness through a series of gentle movements designed to improve mobility and flexibility in the body.
Pamela's tips for this session:
"Take note if any of these stretches feel particularly good and repeat them at other convenient times in the day when you think they may help. Remember the stretches should feel good, not painful, when you are doing them."
