This short seated yoga sequence has been designed to practice before your chest physio session. By helping to improve your posture, spine and chest wall mobility, and breathing pattern, it has the potential to improve your airway clearance.
Pamela's tips for this session:
"In your relaxed sitting position, try and take a deep breath in... Now, sit up straight and take a deep breath in - you should feel you have greater capacity to breathe in deeply as your chest is more open. This practice is to help you get a better seated posture and more mobility through your spine and ribcage before you commence your airway clearance to help chest wall biomechanics."
