Welcome to this stretch and relax Pilates sequence.

If your body is feeling sore, or you had a bad night, or you are feeling exhausted or a bit under the weather you may not be in the mood for a full on exercise routine. But don’t underestimate the power of taking 10 minutes to stretch out, loosen your spine, stretch your limbs and have a breathing space.

This routine will lead you through some gorgeous Pilates stretching exercises ending with a few minutes of guided relaxation.

I promise at the end of it you will feel re-energised and ready to face the rest of your day.
