Only criticism is that her leggings are the same colour as the sofa so mid-pose, it was hard to see what she was doing with her legs!

Katie is absolutely brilliant. The way she instructs is very clear and calm. This session is great, offering lots of options for modification or progression across a wide range of postures, so that you can pick something to suit your level of ability, or just how you're feeling that day.
