Some days you just feel awesome and are up for anything. This yoga practice is designed for CF Warriors on those days when you feel like you could take on the world!

We’ll move through our vinyasas at a more brisk pace to get our heart rate going. We’ll include some asanas that really challenge our upper-body strength, open up our lungs with some glorious chest-expansions and backbends, and allow us to get into some deeper twists (while always being mindful of what’s best for our spine, of course).
