If you have Cystic Fibrosis, chances are that you're familiar with 'CF Belly'.
There are a lot of digestive issues that people with Cystic Fibrosis have to deal with, which can include an ongoing 'food baby' belly as well as the discomfort and body image hang-ups that go with it.
This short yoga sequence aims to relieve CF Belly with lots of twists and other postures to help improve digestion, as well as moves that will help to build core strength to support this area, so that you can feel confident from the inside out.
This video does not include a warm-up. Since it includes a lot of twists, be sure to warm your body up with a couple minutes of cardio or a few vinyasa flows before you start.
