Singing can be a hugely beneficial exercise for people with Cystic Fibrosis as it improves breath control, clears the airways through the natural vibrations it creates in the sinuses and lungs, and lifts the spirit.

In this short video, we’ll do some fun breathing exercises and vocal warm-ups. We’ll even combine singing with a short yoga flow so you can practice moving and singing at the same time.
