An invigorating, energizing yoga practice restores our body’s natural alignment and refreshes our spirit. These seven tips give you simple ways to check in with your body throughout your practice to make sure that you are protecting your joints and practicing in a way that will benefit your long-term health.

This is a standalone informational video that will benefit all new yogis, but even those of you with more experience might appreciate these reminders or learn something new that can enhance your practice.
