These seven tips give you simple ways to check in with your body throughout your practice to make sure that you are protecting your joints and practicing in a way that will benefit your long-term health.
This is a standalone informational video that will benefit all new yogis, but even those of you with more experience might appreciate these reminders or learn something new that can enhance your practice.
