Pranayama is the practice of breathing control. In yoga, we use several different intentional breathing patterns.
In this session, we’ll take a look at a few that are easy to learn that may provide benefits for people with Cystic Fibrosis, such as increased lung capacity, opened sinuses and increased relaxation. You can incorporate these into your yoga practice, or elsewhere in your daily life as you find them helpful.
