Legs and Core - 20 sec interval

Sophie is a certified PT and lives with CF. In this session she'll guide you through a 20 second on, 10 second off High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. Your lower body workouts will get your legs burning and working hard while you get a sweat on. At the end of each leg day you will have a section to specifically concentrate on your core. Each part of your workout will have four new exercises and set work and rest timing so do as many reps as you can – push yourselves as much as you can as this is where the magic happens!
