In this session, Sophie will guide you through a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout focusing on your upper body and core.
You'll be working for 25 seconds, and then resting for 10 seconds. You'll do this 8 times, alternating between 4 different upper body exercises. For the second round, you'll complete the intervals with 4 different core exercises.
Sophie will give you variations of many of the exercises so that you can adjust the intensity to suit your ability
