It doesn't matter if you're male or female, if you've been struggling to control your bladder, such as when walking, coughing or laughing, you may find pelvic floor exercises helpful.

The pelvic floor muscles are a part of all pilates exercises. But when you're thinking about breathing, moving and what your other muscles are doing, it's very easy to forget about the pelvic floor.

In this pilates sequence, Amanda gives lots of extra cues to keep reminding you to think about your pelvic floor, with some specific exercises to help train your pelvic floor
