Core strengthening exercises improve posture and breathing. They are aimed at activating the deep abdominals which should be active whenever we move and breathe. These beginner exercises have been chosen specifically to wake up the pelvic floor and core – two areas that not only people with CF, but many of the general population, can benefit from!

A great video talking you through a variety of core exercises . The video is really short so it's easy to fit in on it's own, but these exercises would also be good as a 'finisher' after a workout or repeated a few times in a circuit for something more challenging.
