Really good exercises for raising awareness of postural muscles and imbalances on each side of the body. Would probably need to repeat a few times to feel a good benefit, or pause the video to take each exercise a little slower. I noticed some differences between my left and right during the twists so I'll keep coming back to work on these.

Really struggled to hear this one so probably wouldn't do again as I was constantly stopping to see what they were doing and pulling my neck to focus on them rather than what I should have been doing. If I could have got it a bit louder, I think it would have been a nice, relaxing stretch out that really helped.
