This workout can help to improve your stability and stamina so you will be able to continue on to a more strenuous exercise program. These exercises, when done well, should really burn!

Again a good workout accomplished more then I thought I could do felt the burning sensation which was good with this workout, As with breathing not very confident at this with all the workouts I may look for a 6-8 minute breathing exercise workout to give me the confidence.

I had to pause it to catch my breath during the squats as my lung function is low, but it gives me something to work towards to try to manage the full workout without pausing.
