In this 20 minute pilates back class, we demonstrate exercises to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and improve mobility of your thoracic and lumbar spine. This class is aimed at beginners, aiming to improve posture, alleviate lower back pain and aid in the prevention of back pain.

You do not need any pilates experience to participate, however you will need to be able to get on and off a mat and perform exercises in standing.

Sometimes I had to rush to catch up with the instruction as I needed to reposition my mobile to see the next exercise. Obviously the more I do the exercises this will become less necessary By repeating the exercise video I heard more of the instruction so it really helps me improve my positions and good to have at home. Thank you????
