This video is an intermediate to advanced level full body workout. It will be run as a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session. We will be targeting the key areas of the upper body, core and legs.

We will commence the session with a quick warm up and then get straight into the circuit.

The circuit consists of 5 exercises, where we will be carrying out 30 seconds of exercise at high intensity, followed by 30 seconds rest.

There will be 3 rounds of the circuit.

Add or take off a round to suit your level of fitness. There are progressions and regressions for each exercise to match your abilities.

We will finish off the session with a stretch and cool down.
