In this 20 minute ‘lower limb health’ video we take you through exercises to strengthen your leg muscles, stretches to improve flexibility and exercises that work on balance and stability. All of these elements are required for rehabilitation and for injury prevention.

This class is designed to suit all levels, however options are provided to advance the exercises if you’re looking for a higher level rehabilitation workout.

This class is based on a circuit of different exercises, to be repeat 2-3 times depending on the time that you have available, as well as your energy and fitness levels.
